Good luck!
Cool, I would like to enter.
It's amazing how Thai food has taken the country by storrm - though not surprising, given its big flavours.
The Malaysian tourism board is pushing Malaysian food hard at the moment. It seems they are keen to create the same buzz around it that there is around Thai food. Who knows, a few years from now we may have a malay restaurant serving nasi goreng and laksa on every british high street.
Yes please - count me in for an entry.
What a great idea to enjoy the week end.
Would love to attend, I love Thai Food especially Pad Thai.
I've developed a particular interest in Thai food at the moment. An IP analyst by day and a bubbling thai cook by night, I've been playing around with a lot of thai recipes. And I'm determined to make the perfect plate of pad kee mao. A trip to the festival to get some tips from experienced chefs would be awesome!
Thank you for the invite.
