The Government is reportedly set to abolish the Food Standards Agency, the non-ministerial body for the protection of the public's health and consumer interests in relation to food.
With a view to the hospitality industry, the FSA is responsible for Scores on the Doors and menu labelling.
What do you think its scrapping would do to the industry?

He talks about how the industry is being strangled by red tape (possibly in reference to cannes), and we have to agree with him.
What exactly did the FSA do to help the industry? 'Safer food better business', dont make us laugh. Any kitchen with correct procedures in place could put together abetter plan than that.
