Prime Minister Gordon Brown has created the new position of Minister of Pubs to help pubs survive the downturn. On his agenda are:

  • Considering business tax breaks
  • Considering allowing tenants to buy pubs threatene d by closure by pub companies.

What else would you add to his agenda?
