Every day there's a new bit of research out there saying coffee'll kill you or red wine is good for you, the next week it'll be the other way round...
This morning it was chicken and red meat in the Metro - chicken reduces the risk of dying or being killed by cancer while red meat - especially the processed stuff - increases the risk of caner or heart disease.

That seems unlikely IMHO. I'm pretty sure one's chance of dying remains 100% no matter how much chicken one eats.
That's very true. Drinking enough that fried chicken in a box seems like a viable end of evening option could certainly put you at risk though.
