They used to be crispy and hot, now no matter which local Weatherspoon we go to they are soggy and luke warm. Only last week a chap next to me walked his steak and chippies back to the bar and said rather loudly "I've eaten in here for many years and never have I tasted chips as awful as these, have 'em back"
