I totally agree with your comments and look forward to share thoughts and Best Practices of Responsible Hospitality.
When we we say responsible we are as hoteliers are responsible in up-keeping the Standards in the Industry. Let it be Hygiene , Safety or Value addition of Customer care !. I feel each Hospitality Operation should look for means to create a USP (Unique Selling Point) in their operation in up-lifting the Standards.
