I am a student from London South Bank University and I would like the help of managers who holds roles as HR/Personnel or Learning and Development within Hospitality and Catering Industry.
I am conducting a survey for my final year dissertation report.
I would like to find out what management development (i.e. talent management) methods are used within the hospitality industry and to what extent has today’s economic climate affected these training practices.
Talent management strategy: - is referred to the process of developing and integrating new mangers, developing and retaining current mangers, and attracting highly skilled workers.
