Traditionally Twisted Events are launching the search for the best drink in the UK.
It is open to everyone in the hospitality trade, bartenders, waiting staff, chef's you name it you can enter it
It doesnt have to be a newly invented drink, it could be a classic like a martini, or maybe even you just think you can make the best Gin & Tonic in the country..

Indian mango cocktail
ingredients: yoghurt plain 650 ml. alphonso(canned are good as well) ripe mangoes 300gms net, saffron 1 gm, jaggery 2tbs or honey 2-3 tbs ,coconut milk (from a young coconut is better )100mls, caju fenny (alchol from cashew fruit) 24 cls. crushed ice
yield :just over 1000ml
method:put all ingredients(besides yoghurt and ice) in a blender ,blend till smooth, add yoghurt blend few seconds.
serve in a frosted fancy glass, garnish with a ripe mango wedge and a mint leaf.
