Hi Everyone
On Tuesday 9th June between 11am and 1pm Matthew Benson-Smith Resident Chef at The Cooking School at Dean Clough will be holding an interactive demonstration of the latest Villeroy & Boch tableware.
It's a relaxed affair with drinks on arrival and an opportunity for guests to use the School's fantastic facilities to cook and plate their own food. We hope it will give you some inspirational ideas to take back to your own site and we'll even be having a competition for the best and worst presented dishes.
