Wat's happening at Bistro K in South Ken, the restaurant formerly known as French chef Jean Christophe Ansanay-Alex’s L’Ambassade de L’Ile?

Apparently there have been changes in the kitchen. Does this mean head chef Armon Sablon has moved on?

L’Ambassade gained a Michelin star in 2009 but was closed little more than a year after opening, with Ansanay-Alex later claiming he was fired by business partner Jean-Michel Aulas. Former Roux Scholar Sablon was promoted to head chef and the restaurant was relaunched as the more casual Bistro K in January.

Now we hear that change has been afoot in the Bistro K kitchen. Does anyone know more?

Just spoke to Armand and apparently it's business as usual. So I guess I was misinformed...

So...

Armand Sablon was going to leave Bistro K and had submitted his resignation. But after much discussion and negotiation, he has signed a new contract and is staying put.

For now anyway.
