This kind of follows on from a discussion amongst a group of next generation of high performing chefs.

So after a nights sleep I decided to offer a service. Email the blog your commis chef vacancy & I'll post it, all free of charge. despite initial  views being quite large only one chef took up the offer.

Just about everybody I've spoken to on this subject said it was a good idea, all for the effort of an email.

The recurring theme is that it seems people will bitch & whine about a situation they disagree with, but do nothing when they have the opportunity to change it.I said that I would run the page on a monthly trial period basis so time will only tell if the gesture was worth it.

Gonna try the same with night porters. Got a site, have a group & a forum. Will see what happens!?
