BBQ Spiced Rack of
Pork Ribs Served with Chunky Cajun Chips & Coleslaw
Ingredients
· Whole
rack of pork ribs
· Schwartz
for Chef Mediterranean BBQ Seasoning
· Sweet
chilli sauce to glaze
Method
1. Mix
the Schwartz for Chef Mediterranean BBQ Seasoning with enough water to form a
paste and spread well over the ribs. Marinate
for at least 1 hour.
2. Roast
the ribs on a low heat in the oven for 1-2 hours, or until tender. Brush with sweet chilli sauce and return to the
oven until well glazed and sticky
3. Serve
the ribs on a board with chunky chips that have been sprinkled with Schwartz for Chef Cajun
Seasoning, and a pot of coleslaw
