HA's Great British Menu dinner - vegetarian starter

Finalists from last year's TV show the Great British Menu, gathered in London's Marriott Grosvenor Square hotel kitchen's to cook at a dinner to help raise money for Hospitality Action.

The evening was a great success and raised £35,000 for the industry's charity.
