Show Dinner at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel designed and created by BBC celebrity chef James Martin, Luke Matthews, executive chef at Chewton Glen and the executive chef at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott, Clyde Hollett.

The Hotel and Catering Show hosted a prestigious Show Dinner with James Martin on Tuesday 15 March which took place at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel.  More than 130 guests were treated to a four-course gourmet dinner which was designed and created by BBC celebrity chef James Martin, Luke Matthews, executive chef at Chewton Glen and the executive chef at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott, Clyde Hollett.  The dinner raised more than £3000 for Hospitality Action, the benevolent organisation that offers vital employee assistance to people who work in hospitality industry through its unique Life Support Programme.
