Chefs from Exclusive Hotels visit Noma in Copenhagen

Last week, luxury hotel group Exclusive Hotels took the executive and head chefs from its four country house hotels on a trip to Copenhagen where they visited Rene Redzepi's two-Michelin-starred Noma restaurant.

Caterer's restaurant editor Kerstin Kuhn was lucky enough to accompany the boys and here are some of the picture highlights of the day.
