The City of London Open Spaces Department invites tenders from dynamic and forward thinking catering operators to manage, under a three year lease, the Beeches Café at Burnham Beeches.

Situated near Farnham Common in Buckinghamshire, Burnham Beeches is one of the finest tracts of ancient woodland in the country and attracts over 450,000 visitors a year.

The purpose built and recently refurbished café kiosk is located adjacent to the main car park and comprises 25m sq of floor space with external seating for approximately 100. It is offered to shell finish for fit out by the tenant.

The lease will commence as soon as possible and on completion of the lease.
