Tender opportunity: The Vincent, Bristol

A food and drink operator is being sought for The Vincent, which is a new development amid the greenery of Redland.

The Vincent offers a relaxed, friendly environment and is home to 64 one, two and three bedroom apartments distributed between the newly refurbished Queen Victoria House and two new three and four storey terraces designed by award-winning architects, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

The cafe/restaurant will be open to residents and non-residents alike and affords a fantastic opportunity for either independent, established operators looking to add to their portfolio or to an owner operator who can demonstrate creativity, ambition and business acumen.

On offer is a kitchen (complete with dry store, cold store and pot wash), restaurant and private dining area which in total covers 1990 sq ft. Provision has been made for outside terrace dining for clement months.

The concession will receive the first year of trading on a peppercorn rent, subsequent rent will be agreed on the basis of turnover or profit, to be agreed by both parties.
