Chef Eats Out: Galvin at Windows, 3 September 2019 – Book your place!

The Michelin-starred restaurant located on the 28th floor, with spectacular views overlooking Hyde Park is the perfect setting for this summer's Chef Eats Out.

Just 30 lucky diners will enjoy a special six-course menu, specially created for the event on the terrace area of the restaurant.

Won, an experienced protégé of Chris and Jeff Galvin, with more than 10 years on Galvin at Windows culinary team, took over from Andre Garrett as head chef in 2015. Since then he has introduced ingredients from his native Korea to this fine-dining French restaurant and retained the star it was awarded in 2010.

According to the 2019 Michelin Guide: "The bold cooking uses superb ingredients and the classically based food comes with a pleasing degree of flair and innovation." While, Xanthe Clay from the Telegraph enthused: "It might not be French, but it has the same poise and refinement."

The Caterer readers now have a chance to experience Galvin at Windows for themselves.

The event will be restricted to just 30 lucky diners, who will dine on the terrace overlooking Hyde Park. It will begin at noon with a reception drink and canapés.

The six-course lunch, featuring products from Lee Kum Kee, will be accompanied by paired wines, followed by petit fours and coffee. The event is expected to finish at 3.30pm.
