Cartwheel Recruitment promotes Claire Philpott to operations director

Cartwheel Recruitment has promoted Claire Philpott to the position of operations director.

Philpott has been with the company since it was founded in 2007 and is promoted from the position of client services director. Her career in hospitality began in the hotel sector from which she moved into recruitment.

Managing director Hannah Horler said: "We are delighted Claire will be moving into this leadership role. She is a consummate professional who has an incredible track record of delivering for her clients.
