New products: Punchy drinks, Serious Pig gherkins and Original Chicken Crackling
The Original Chicken Crackling company has released bags of hand-cooked crispy chicken crackling, developed in conjunction with Michelin-starred chef Simon Hulstone. The crackling can be enjoyed as a snack or with a dip and is available in original, sea salt and Habanero flavours.

The ‘thaw and serve' Mediterranean Canapés Selection from pâtissier supplier Tipiak features nine different canapés, including smoked salmon, tzatziki, cucumber and poppy seeds on mini blini; goats' cheese and fig on walnut bread; and tuna, stewed piquillos, capers and black olives on sandwich bread. The canapés are packed on recyclable gold-coloured cardboard trays.

Drinks company Punchy has added two new drinks to its range, where both flavours are available in alcoholic and non-alcoholic variants. The cucumber, yuzu and rosemary soft drink also comes as a 4% ABV version with gin, and the blood orange, bitters and cardamom drink also comes with whiskey as a 4% ABV punch.

Filtered water systems provider EauVation has launched two new table-top filtered water bottling systems, both producing chilled and sparkling water. The Acqua 20 is the smaller model, capable of filling 20 litres an hour, ideal for smaller catering operations, and the Acqua 80 is the high-performance option, producing 80 litres an hour.

Pipers has added a British Longhorn beef flavour to its crisps range, made from beef sourced from Great Berwick Organics in Shropshire, where third-generation farmers Sam and Claire Barker produce pasture-fed Longhorn beef.

Winterhalter has introduced Velocity, a dishwashing chemical dispensing system. Velocity uses 4kg solid detergent capsules in combination with a wall-mounted dispenser to deliver an alternative to conventional liquid systems. One 4kg capsule will last, on average, for 900 racks.

Serious Pig has launched Snacking Pickles, tangy baby gherkins with a pinch of dill to complement craft beer.

Tableware supplier Utopia has introduced Bob and Nevis beer glasses, made from toughened glass designed to stand up to the rigours of pubs and bars. The dishwasher-safe glasses feature a nucleated base (where the glass is etched), which improves carbonisation in the beer for longer-lasting bubbles.
