Zetter hotel confirms opening of new Bruno Loubet restaurant

The Zetter hotel in east London has confirmed that former Michelin-starred chef Bruno Loubet is set to open a restaurant within the property.

The announcement comes after weeks of speculation of the chef joining the 59-bedroom hotel in Clerkenwell, which it denied just last month.

Bistrot Bruno Loubet will open in February.
 
It will be an 85-seat restaurant which will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menus will showcase Loubet’s signature cooking of modern bistrot food.

Loubet, who rose to fame at London restaurant Bistrot Bruno and L’Odéon, has spent the past eight years in Australia. He returned to the UK in the summer and recently worked with Pierre Koffmann at his hugely successful pop-up restaurant at Selfridges.

Zetter co-owner Mark Sainsbury said: “We are thrilled that Bruno is joining The Zetter.

“The Clerkenwell area is increasingly becoming a vibrant destination for restaurants, bars and hotels, and Bistrot Bruno Loubet will be a fabulous addition to the scene.”
