The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 27 November, 2005
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) stall in the week ending 27 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased marginally to £100.62, up from £100.59 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy dropped by 1.5 percentage points to 79.6%.
Average room rate rose by 1.9% to £126.37, up from £124.03 in the corresponding week of 2004.

The Bench - which is partnered with US firm Smith Travel Research - provides online benchmarking data for in excess of 34,000 hotels in more than 400 markets.
The online service allows users to track their performance in average room rate, occupancy and revpar in a variety of formats and to measure their daily performance against their competitors.
