Trends & DataThe Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 17 February, 2008(21 February 2008 11:05)London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) fall by 1.98% in the week ending 17 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar dropped to £99.63, down from £101.64 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy declined by 2.88 percentage points to 74.87% while average room rate grew by 1.79% to £133.06 compared with £130.72 in the corresponding week of 2007.
