Entrants for this year’s Young Chef Young Waiter competition are now being sought.

It is organised by the Restaurant Association in partnership with American Express, the Savoy Educational Trust and Sodexo as well as various sponsors and rewards the best young chef and young waiter in the hospitality industry.

Judges will include Bruce Poole, chef proprietor of the Michelin-starred Chez Bruce, as the chair of the chef judges and Stephen Mannock of Darlington College as the chair of the waiter judges.

The deadline for entries to the 2008 Young Chef Young Waiter is 23 June.
